Emineo Private Hospital
In the spring of 2018, the Emineo Health Center opened a new orthopedic private hospital on Hegyalja Road, where they now operate their orthopedic, trauma surgery, and rehabilitation services within a 1200 square meter leased facility.
Our company was commissioned for the general contracting of the new facility located in the Buda Center. Our responsibilities encompassed: architectural design, comprehensive mechanical system installation, cleanroom air technology within the operating block, high-voltage electrical system installation and modification, integration and synchronization of building management systems with the facility’s existing automation, and low-voltage system implementation (access control, cameras, nurse call systems, public address, and telephone exchange).
The ground floor of the private hospital features outpatient specialist clinics, an inpatient department (with 1, 2, and 3-bed rooms, each with a private bathroom), and an operating block (including its service areas), designed to accommodate major surgeries requiring either one-day or extended care.
The 1st floor houses the rehabilitation physiotherapy rooms. The turnkey development was executed while the office maintained continuous operation!
